Who we are

Bluehour China Journeys / 若青中國旅策 is a private China journey advisory website for international travellers interested in Yunnan, Xinjiang, Dunhuang, Sanya, Northeast China and other destinations beyond the first major cities.

Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry form, we may collect the following information:

• Name, email address and preferred contact method such as WhatsApp, WeChat or LINE.
• Country or region, language needs, destination interests, travel window, group size, comfort level and estimated budget.
• Free-text notes about your trip, concerns, accommodation expectations and whether you have visited China before.
• Page URL, referrer and campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium and campaign, so we can understand which page or advertisement led to the inquiry.

How we use the information

We use inquiry information to reply to you, prepare a route note, provide a starting estimate and ask the follow-up questions needed for this journey. We do not sell inquiry information.

Storage and tools

Inquiry submissions may be delivered to our email inbox and, when configured, stored in a Google Sheet or similar internal lead-management table. These tools are used for human follow-up and basic lead tracking.

Website analytics and consent

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate website traffic, language, referring source and form interactions. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, messenger IDs or free-text inquiry details to Google Analytics.

Analytics storage is denied by default. Google Analytics is enabled only after you accept analytics in the on-site consent notice. Advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalisation and Google Signals remain disabled. You can withdraw consent by clearing this site's browser storage and Google Analytics cookies.

Sharing only what is needed

If you ask us to continue planning, we may share only the details needed to confirm availability and a formal proposal with the local service team. We never share your information for unrelated marketing.

Retention and deletion

We keep inquiry records for follow-up, service quality and business administration. You may ask us to update or delete your inquiry information by emailing bluehourchina@gmail.com.
